Matrix Mastery Workshop is designed for established founders and business owners who have a
business running and are ready to scale it. You should have real challenges to solve — team,
structure, leadership, strategy — and be committed to genuine transformation.
You should
be an established founder with an operational business. This is not for those still in early-stage
planning. If you’re generating revenue, have a team, and are dealing with real operational
challenges — you’re in the right place.
The next
cohort kicks off Thursday 16th July 2026. Sessions run every Thursday from 10:00am to 11:30am
for 10 weeks.
The workshop runs
as a small cohort of up to 10 participants — giving you the benefits of both. You get intimate
access to Kate throughout the 10 weeks, plus the value of learning alongside and building
relationships with other driven founders.
You’ll
leave with a clear strategic plan, deeper leadership understanding, operational frameworks to
