A conversation with a former mentor challenged Kate to rethink the idea of a “Last Friday’s Club”, one that only celebrated results at the end of the month. That question sparked a shift: what if we stopped waiting and started setting intentions at the very beginning instead? The First Fridays Club was born from that realisation.
